ICT Systems has, as a company, a complete portfolio of IT solutions for businesses and combines them a wide range of services and professional expertise on solving IT problems. The company focuses on small companies using five computers. Most customers of ICT Systems are located in ‘het Meetjesland’.
ICT Systems provides services focused on implementing and maintaining new or existing PC networks. Within this PC network domain, ICT Systems also is able to provide various services:
ICT Systems wants to provide the best service. When choosing an approach, we rely on our years of experience and developed insights, where the input from the customer stays central. Our client needs a clear and transparent quotation. We also make sure that only an order takes place when the customer has approved the quotation. Also, our specialized technicians wants to guarantee the service, so there is only charged when a performance form is signed.
Do I need a servicecontract?
In order to give a good support, we recommend a service contract. You are sure of following things:

Is the acquisition of an existing network possible?
Even if you previously had another supplier, we can help. ICT Systems takes over you current network without any problems, after carefully analyzing your existing network.
We support the most common software.
Does ICT Systems can further develop my existing applications?
As a full ICT business we write our own applications. We also have the skills to work out existing applications, written by other suppliers, the way you want.
Bad experience with IT support in the past?
We find it important that each customer has a fixed contact. So we can guarantee a good service and follow-up. That way the fixed contact can attend better to the wishes of the customer and has a better view of the IT infrastructure.
I often have to wait too long for support and therefore cannot continue working.
Because we work with fixed contacts, a quick intervention is possible. We also offer a service contract. This ensures a rapid approach to your problem. If you have no service contract, we try to find the best solution. So we have an online help desk to which you can address your questions. If an IT problem over the telephone is not quickly resolved, we will take over the control of the screen of your computer. In this way, IT problems are resolved quickly.
Our company has several offices, can you also give support?
ICT Systems can certainly give support to different addresses. Even abroad we are active.

We also offer other alternatives, such as anti-spam, antivirus, firewall, data protection management, etc.
How can I best protect my network?

I have purchased an accounting system from my dealer but I cannot go to them for support. Does ICT Systems provides this service separately?
ICT Systems itself offers several types of standard packages. But if you have already a supplier, we can also provide this support. We also act as intermediaries so you will not experience discomfort from a problem. We like to offer advice and so we work together with your current supplier. Flexibility towards our clients, we find very important. We assist you in order to obtain a good solution.
Does ICT Systems works with standard packages or do you also offer customized work?
We do not have a certain standard, we try to offer a flexible solution for everyone to the wishes / needs of the customer.
